PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing TV radio wave reflecting trouble under construction of a multistory building capable of being easily installed and reducing a construction cost by preventing TV radio wave reflecting trouble from occurring during the period up to the installation of a radio wave absorbing curtain wall.;SOLUTION: A band-shaped resistance film 8 insulated electrically from a steel beam 6 is installed on the outside of the steel beam 6 fixed to a steel column 4 and supporting a floor board 7 at a specified distance (d), and another band-shaped resistance film 8a insulated electrically from the steel frame 6 is installed temporarily on the outer side of the end surface of the steel beam 6 at a specified distance (e).
