PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively transmit power in a noncontact manner to a movable member by using ultrasonic vibration as a power source.;SOLUTION: This transmission mechanism consists of a fixed member 1, a movable member 2A facing the movable member 1 via a gap G1, magnetic fluid interposed in the gap, and an exciting means of the magnetic fluid, which is constituted of a magnetic layer formed on the facing surface of the movable part 2A to the magnetic fluid. Energy, given to the magnetic fluid by ultrasonic vibration of the fixed member 1 or other vibrating source, is transmitted to the movable member 2A via the magnetic fluid in the gap by the micro magnetic field of a magnetic layer.
