PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the time of various operations automatically and precisely. SOLUTION: This apparatus comprises a computer main body 11 in which an inspection program for testing a rotary-drum type game machine is mounted and an extension unit 12 bus-connected to the computer main body 11. The extension unit 12 receives a signal generated from the inspection program and a signal sent from a rotary-drum type game machine to be measured. The extension unit 12 starts the time measuring operation with an included standard clock on receiving a signals as a condition for starting the measurement and stops the time measuring operation on receiving a signal as a condition for stopping the measurement selected from the received signals based on previously set conditions. The result of the measurement is transmitted by the extension unit 12 to the computer main body 11.
