Defined in this description isolated Fragments of nucleic acids which encode Enzymes for the biosynthesis of tryptophan and portions of them.Estasenzimas are anthranilate synthase Alpha and Alpha and beta subunits of tryptophan synthase.Also included are dichosfragmentos Chimeric genes containing nucleic acid and host cells transformed by these Chimeric genes.The polypeptides encoded by such Fragments of u00e1cidosnucleicos and a method for altering the level of expression of enzymes in the biosynthesis of tryptophan is also included.Methods are described deobtencion of polynucleotides that encode Enzymes for the biosynthesis of tryptophan and the products obtained by these methods.Finally sedetalla a method to assess the ability of a compound to inhibit the activity of these Enzymes.
