These are new tricyclic compounds application in inhibition of sPLA2 mediated release of Fatty Acids, such as Septic shock.These compounds are the Formulae (i) and (ii) wherein: Z is ciclohexenilo or phenyl Substituent; R21 is a non interfering; R21 is a group and a hydroxyl group or nhnh2 r2es MR5, - (CH2)Where R5 has the values indicated in the description.
