The rocket is designed for the prevention of hailstorms and for the stimulation of rainfalls. It consists of a head for active smoke (1) with a neck (16) of active reagent, self-destroying device (2) with a actuation safety mechanism (3) and a single-mode rocket engine (4) on solid fuel, made of a glass fiber tube (5) to which a nozzle unit (18) and a thrust bushing (18) are fitted by means of backing up screws, to which bushing (16) a bottom (9) with a central hole is supported in which a piston (8) is fitted and backed up by a safety pin. The actuation safety mechanism (3) comprises of a safety device with a slide fitted in it. The latter is fixed by a spring actuated lock and resting on a delaying mechanism ensuring the time of delay, and a freely moving inertia small pole in contact with a microswitch, coupled to an electronic unit accounting for the programmed time of initiation of the primer charge for active smoke and the self-destroying device. Tube (5) is made of heat insulation material (21), impregnated with thermoreactive resin on which a supporting high-strength coating is applied, also impregnated with thermoreactive resin.
