摘要
The invention relates to vaccines and means for vaccination of a host with the intention of preventing or controlling specific T-cell mediated pathologies. The vaccine is made of antiidiotype antibodies which are internal reflections of a segment of the T-cell receptor (TCR), found on the surface of the pathogenic T-cells. The vaccine is applied on the host in a manner which includes an immune reply, directed against the TCR of the pathogenic cells. This immune response regulates or eliminates the pathogenic T-cells, and in this way eliminates the pathogenesis. The invention relates to a mean for the determination of a suitable amino acid sequence of such a vaccine. 17 claims
