B HIGHLY IMPURE CALCIUM HYDROXIDE PURIFICATION AND PRODUCTION OF HIGH VALUE PRECIPITATED CALCIUM CARBONATE AND OTHER CALCIUM PRODUCTS D, where a solution for a process for the purification of calcium hydroxide, particularly from calcium carbide hydrated lime, which is subsequently used as a food supply for high-value calcium products, preferably calcium carbonate. Calcium carbonate is formed by reacting the purified calcium hydroxide solution with carbon dioxide in a connected flow reaction system.
