"PROCESS OF PREPARING MINERAL CAPSULES CONSTITUTED WITH A WATERY LIQUID CORE SURROUNDED BY A MINERAL SHELL". The invention aims at a process for the preparation of mineral capsules consisting of an aqueous liquid core surrounded by a mineral shell, said process comprising: 1) the emulsification of an aqueous fluid within a non-miscible phase with said aqueous fluid so as to disperse it there in the form of droplets; 2) the contact, within the emulsion thus obtained, of at least one hydrolyzable and polycondensible compound of zirconium, silicon, aluminum and / or a transition metal under temperature and pH conditions conducive to the formation of a precipitate constituted by the corresponding oxide or hydroxide and 3) the recovery of the mineral capsules thus formed and, if necessary, their purification, said process being characterized by the fact that the formation of the mineral precipitate in the second stage is conducted in the presence of an amphiphilic surfactant system , present at the level of the emulsion and able to concentrate the deposit of mineral particles of said precipitate formed at the interface of the aqueous droplets and the hydrophobic phase and to effectively block its diffusion within said droplets.
