Electronic System Based on Virtual Instrumentation for the Study and characterization of the ISFET Chemical sensor, which combines hardware and software Elements.The system enables a single hardware Electrical Characterization and Chemical Characterization of ISFET.The hardware Elements guarantee the Measurement of variables associated with the operation of the electrical Potential (ISFET Gate, Drain Current,Gate current and potential Drain) and physico-chemical variables related to the Experiment conditions (time, pH, temperature and conductivity).The Elements of software are programs developed with LabVIEW software (Instrumentation) that allow obtaining the caracteru00edsticasvoltampericas of ISFET.The Measurement of leakage current and have a isfet.metro virtual Calibration Device for Chemical and Study its Drift.The ISFET meter for Calibration of Virtual Chemical device and Study of its Drift.The ISFET meter designed Virtual Operation is based on a new algorithm that allows to polarize the sensor with a Drain current and drain voltage ConstantObtaining a Gate potential proportional to Chemical Stimuli, and by Measuring the leakage current through the gate of the FET during all the time of operation of the sensor.
