In the present invention there is disclosed a compound of the general formula I, with chemical name dihydrochloride trihydrate of (R)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)-1-[N-(2-methoxybenzyl)acetylamino]-2-[N-/2-(4-(piperid-l-yl)piperid-1-yl)acetyl/amino]propane as well as pharmaceutical preparation in which this compound is comprised. The compound is intended for preparing a medicament used for treating or prevention of states connected with excess of tachykinins.
