The invented apparatus consists of a satellite car (1) moving through the mediation of rollers with tyres on a traveled track (6) and drawn by a working machine having arranged thereon a two-zone tamping system of the traveled track (6). Said two-zone tamping system consists of a front divider (2) intended for introducing the cleaned gravel closely outside rails of the traveled track (6) and being connected along with a longitudinal conveyor (4) via a hopper (7) to a transfer conveyor belt of cleaned ballast leaving the working machine wherein said longitudinal conveyor (4) outlet is connected to a rear divider (3) intended for introducing the cleaned ballast into the space between the rails of the traveled track (6) and subsequently onto heads of said traveled track (6) sleepers. Said front divider (2) is provided on its sides with control flaps (8) for influencing amount of cleaned gravel supplied outside the rails of the traveled track (6), and said rear divider (3) rear wall has a form of a plough for leveling the ballast bed and provided with hinged sides (9) to extend ballast bed leveling area.
