The gun comprises a housing (1), a barrel (2) and moving parts (4) comprising an extractor (8) for driving a sleeve (22) during the recoil and a closing element (7) of the chamber firing (3), the firearm further comprising an ejection device with an ejector (25,26) in said closure member (7) and guide means for the sleeve (22) tilting this sleeve (22 ) during ejection. This gun comprises a lever (12) mounted next to the extractor (8) pivotably on one of the other moving parts (4), this lever (12) being provided with a cam (11) cooperating with the extractor (8). The carcass (1) is provided with a control stop (18) located in the path of the lever (12) upon forward movement of the moving parts (4) causing pivoting of the lever (12) when the sleeve (22 ) must be freed from the extractor (8).
