The invention refers to medicine, particularly, to the orthopedical stomatology.Orthodontal apparatus comprises a basis mandibular plate of plastic material made with the occlusion straps and a vestibular retraction arch situated in the zone of frontal lower teeth. The basis plate is complementary provided with a protrusion palatinal arch installed on its fore edge.It is also claimed a method of treatment by using the proposed orthodontal apparatus.The method consists in determining the corected occlusion and disocclusion. Besides, it is additionally realized a constant dosed pressure on the palatinal faces of the upper jaw frontal teeth third parcel.
