The invention refers to the radioelectronic industry materials, namely to utilization of heteronuclear coordinative compounds for catalyst obtaining.Summary of the invention consists in that there are proposed di{tris[tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethan]lanthanum}di(aqua)cupper and di{tris [tris(hydroxymethyl)-aminomethan]lanthanum}di(aqua)nickel, of the formula:as precursors for obtaining the La2CuO4 and La2NiO4.
