The heating installation, particularly for dwelling and utility buildings, contains conduits of at least four different circuits comprising one or more heat accommodation circuits (19,20,22) and one or more heat emission circuits (7,8,14), with a multiple heat exchanger (6) in contact with each of them. A tap water circuit with a boiler (1), a CV circuit and two cold medium circuits (2,3) are incorporated. The one cold medium circuit is suitable for heating water in the boiler and/or the CV over a lower temperature range, up to approximately 45 degrees Celsius. The other cold circuit is used for heating water in the boiler over a higher temperature range, up to approximately 60 degrees Celsius.
