The rainwater gutter with integral condensate collection channels is secured to the underside edge of the roof cover of the glasshouse for the quick collection of condensate that is directed into the rainwater channel. The glasshouse, or similar building, having a skeleton structure of uprights with connecting beams supporting a relatively thin outer cover (3), i.e. glass or plastic roof, has a pre-formed gutter (17) running along at least one edge of the roof. The symmetrical cross-section profile of the gutter, used primarily to collect rainwater from the roof of the greenhouse, has integrally formed U-shaped channel (23), with lipped edges (25) for location with the horizontal lower edge of the roof using a profiled securing strip (27), for the collection of condensate (21) from the underside faces of the roof. The U-shaped channel collects condensate falling from the underside face of the roof and holes (24) in the bottom of the channel provide drainage for the condensate into the gutter, with rainwater collected in the main channel. The symmetrical cross-section of the gutter allows installation on either side or between two adjacent roof sections.
