A pharmaceutical product against cancers, pathogenic microorganisms and invasive diseases, consisting of an active substance, a carrier and known stabilising and preserving agents, characterised in that the active substance consists of cysteine peptidases inhibitors with molecular mass from 9.0 to 57 kDa, isolated from human or animal placenta or amniotic fluid, whereby a single dose contains between 10 and 50 inhibitor units in 1.0 x 10-4 to 1.0 x 10-5 mg protein/ml pharmaceutical carrier, adjusted to a therapy type, especially if it is an aqueous solution or oil suspension.
