PERISCOPE-TYPE NIGHT-VISION DEVICE FOR COMBAT VEHICLE DRIVERS

An optical system of a passive periscopic night-vision device for a driver, consisting of the following in succession: the first refracting prism, an objective lens, a micro-channel image amplifier, the second refracting prism and an eyepiece. It is characterised in that a reversed Galilean glass (2) is secured permanently before the objective lens (3). The negative lens of the glass is located at the side of the prism (P1), while the positive lens is on the side of the objective lens (3).
