The invention is the reform of bearing system of fork (8) which holds wheels (18) that can rotate 360 degrees around a vertical axis; and its features are that, the bearing (7) is mounted on fork (8) which is made of one piece, the bearing (7) that is fixed on fork (8) has locking mechanism in (0) and (y) directions, locking in (0) direction is made by central fork hole (9) formed in any polygon shape other than cylindrical, and locking in (y) direction is made by the locking pegs (10) formed by bending this polygon form in (-y) direction, bearing that achieves these locks, bearing is achieved around a pin (5) without using any machine elements (ball bearing, bushing, etc) depending on preference, and a canal (15) restricting movement of wheel group (3) consisting of load carrying wheel (18), fork (8) and bearing (7) in (y) and (-y) directions, and minimizing of friction during movement of wheel group (3) ...
