A method for producing special vodka providing water preparation, preparation of aromatic juice from vegetable feedstock by grinding thereof, mixing with fifty percent aqueous-alcoholic liquid and distillation, filtration of percent aqueous-alcoholic liquid through the coal filter, blending aromatic alcohol of vegetable feedstock with aqueous-alcoholic liquid with subsequent finishing the blend strength, at that as vegetable feedstock hips fruits and lime blossoms are used, and blending of aromatic alcohols of hips fruit and lime blossoms with percent aqueous-alcoholic liquid is performed at a mass ratio of (0.9 -1.1) : (1.0 – 1.2) : ( 473.9 – 474.3) respectively, at that the blend strength of the special vodka is brought to 43 % of volume.
