A method of improving the biological value of food products, pharmaceutical, cosmetic preparations provides for mixing or impregnating the product with a mineral-organic enriching additive, which contains minerals and vitamin C and organic acids, creating an organic constituent thereof. As the mineral-organic enriching additive, an additive is used, the mineral constituent of which is a substance of plant origin obtained from raw material or by-products of making the product, the biological value of which is improved, and the organic constituent contains biologically active substances of the substrate, which the mineral constituent is obtained from, and content thereof in the product improved does not exceed a prophylactic or healing dose or the recipe content in the product, the biological value of which is improved. In doing so the mineral-organic enriching additive is added to the product in an amount of 0.28 – 5.0 % by weight.
