DEVICE FOR TURNING OF THIN-WALL CYLINDRICAL PARTS

The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended for processing by turning of thin-walled cylindrical parts. The device for turning processing of thin-walled cylindrical parts will consist of the case, stator with multiphase windings, radial and axial aerostatic supports. The closed radial aerostatic support is formed by internal surface of the case, its bottom part is stator in which are placed concentrically circular cores with polar tips in the form of coaxial teeth located radially with respect to the axis of the case on which are mounted the phase coils. Such realization of the device allows to avoid direct mechanical contact of the work part with base elements of the device and to provide increase of accuracy and improvement of quality of treatment.
