The clamp for ligation in the deep cavities contains the branches with the spur rack and radially flexed operating ends. According to the invention, the lower branch contains the rigidly attached flexible plate for thread fixation and the guiding roller, while the opposite branch contains two elastic plates for thread fixation above the branch joint. There is a groove between the elastic plate attached to the lower branch and lower and frontal surfaces of the branch. The guiding roller is located at the apex of the flexure of the lower branch. Two elastic plates for thread fixation are located on the anterior and posterior surfaces of the branch and are displaced one relative to another. The clamp is intended for ligating the blood vessels in the deep cavities in the surgical interventions, in particular performing the abdominal-anal resection.
