With the new equalized Zwölftonklaviatur the arrangement of the keys for the 12 notes of each octave in such a manner, in that the successive keys correspond to each same musical intervals. The keyboard is thus not oriented as in traditional piano at the C-major scale, but preferably no specific pitch. As a consequence, results for a certain tune in every pitch the same sequence of buttons or handles result - depending on the two types of keys of the piano - at most two different sequences of key grips. The difference that still exists with respect to various sounds by assigning them to the two different types of keys, is mitigated by the fact that both types of keys are performed in the same width. The equalized Zwölftonklaviatur allows a picture on a universal musical notation, in which the rows according to height 12 tones of each octave are listed at equidistant height steps. They thereby fulfilled a requirement for writing atonal twelve-tone but appears simultaneously in its simplicity and clarity of tonal musical compositions of great advantage.
