Improvements in the object of the main Patent No. P9300805 by alternating flow procedure to favor the exchanges of liquid food products and equipment to do so. The object of this first addition is the development of the subject of the main patent application specific processing fruit and candied vegetables. The manufacturing process uses the same equipment of the main patent and begins with a vacuum impregnation pretreatment of fruit and vegetables in the tank (1), during the first moments of immersion in the osmotic solution. This circulates forced by the pump (5) and heated in the exchanger (3) at lower temperature than that used in traditional artisan method. Dehydration and impregnation of fruit and vegetables are performed simultaneously, for a short period of time.
