摘要
An acidic polyamide solution is deposited on a support obtained by carbonizing a mixture of graphite and phenolic resin, then the polyamide is imidized and the resulting polyimide coating is carbonized under vacuum. A method for preparing carbon membranes comprises agglomerating and carbonizing a mixture of graphite and phenolic resin to form a porous carbon substrate, then a thin film of acidic polyamide solution is deposited on the substrate, and then using an imidization reaction to convert the polyamide into a polyimide. This film is carbonized under vacuum to form a continuous, thin microporous carbon film adhered to the substrate.
