The continuous ultrasonic fabrication of turron de xixona comprises heating of the fluid paste, with controlled ultrasonic treatment. The apparatus has a paste container (1) with a pump (2), a fabricator (3) with a heater (4) and an ultrasonic generator (5) and a process controller (7). The paste phase change is monitored by a meter (6).
