The LNG feedstock (1) is refrigerated by primary expansion in a turbine (21), indirect heat exchange (2) and static secondary trigger (3). The refrigerated charge (4) is fractionated in a column (5) denitrogenation of a gaseous phase (10) formed of nitrogen and methane, discharged at the top of the column (5), and a stream (11) of LNG denitrogenated drawn off the bottom of this column. A first fraction (6) and a second fraction (8) of LNG are taken from the column (5), pass through the exchanger (2) to cool the load (1), and are then reinjected into the column as first (7 ) and second (9) reboiling fractions. The gaseous fraction (10) after its recovery frigories (13) is compressed (15) to form a stream (20) of combustible gas.
