It can be quickly attached and enclose all or aportion ofgathered long hair. It is less expensive and simpler to manufacture and usethan previoushair wrap type devices. It basically consists of a highly elastic (lycra R orspandex R) tubethat gathered hair is inserted into. One end of the tube is partiallyconstricted to preventthe tube from sliding out of the hair.
