The present invention relates to micelles asdelivery vehicles for steroid compounds and moreparticularly to a polycaprolactone-b-polyethyleneoxide) copolymer micelle as a delivery vehicle forsteroids. The delivery system comprises a populationof diblock copolymer micelles, each micelle defining acore for containing the steroid compound. The deliverysystem of the present invention maintains the releaseof the steroid compound in a patient having a deficientsteroid level.
