EVENT BROADCASTING SYSTEM FOR THE BLIND IN CONCERT HALLS AND OTHER AREAS

An even broadcasting system in concert halls intended tobe used by the blind permitting them to enjoy shows by thenarration of images and scenes, as well as providinginformation in other places to guide them safely. The systemhas a device (CD, DVD, mini-disc. etc.) where the informationthat should reach the user is recorded. This reader sendsthe information to an infrared amplifier that processes theaudio signal, transforms it into an infrared signal andamplifies it to be transmitted to one or more infraredtransmitters. The waves transmitted by the transmitter arecaptured by the user's receiver converting them into sound tobe broadcast through the headset. In the case of shows, thenarration is perfectly synchronised with the original filmsound track, using the dead spaces for such a purpose andhence avoiding companions' dialogues in the cinema ortheatre.
