A method for computerized accelerated resolution of disputes. The system allows multiple parties to log onto the system via a network and continually attempt to settle a dispute until a settlement is reached. The parties are allowed to enter confidential monetary settlements and non-monetary settlement terms, to change their settlement figures at any time, to negotiate and use different settlement parameters, and are continually offered multiple settlement methods. The parties are also allowed to suspend the system and reactivate the system at any time to again attempt to settle the dispute via the dispute settlement system. The system stores results of resolved disputes and give parties access to statistical information based on these results.
