New toralactone and its derivation and the use of decreasing blood-fat and losing weight

CHEM A class of novel toralactones of general formula ÄAÜ extracted from Semen Cassiae, wherein R3 is H or C2-C4 acyl, R1, R2 are same or different, and are each H, glycosyl, or C2-C4 acyl, and the derivatives thereof. Said compounds can decrease the level of total serum cholesterol and increase the level of bile acid, manifesting that these compounds have the efficacy of reducing blood fat and reducing weight.
