Stormwater catchment filter

The specification describes a filter unit. The filter unit is adapted to remove suspended solids and water borne litter from stormwater. The filter unit comprises a cage (2) with legs (3) extending below it. The legs act as load bearing supports for the unit. Flexible flaps that are removably attached to the upper part of the cage are able to pivot and form a seal to surround the stormwater catchpit.
