Thermoplastic elastomer produced from waste rubber powder/plastic and the article made therefrom

In this invention, the thermoplastic elastomers of excellent physical mechanism performance are obtained from waste rubber powder/plastic. The process is as follows: first, the waste rubber powder is treated with one or several kinds of modifying agents. Secondly, the modified waste rubber powder, plastic, reactive compatilizer, crosslinking system and optional antioxidant and the like are added into rolling mill, mixer or twin screw extruder. These thermoplastic elastomers have excellent physical mechanism performance, and can be made into articles by traditional plastic process technique.
