The invention concerns a hardened reinforced material based on a calcium silico-aluminate hydraulic binder. The binder contains ground clinker grains based on calcium phosphates, said grains being coated, after the binder and the grains have been hydrated, with hydroxyapatite fibres and being distributed substantially homogeneously within the hydrates of the hydrated binder. The grains have a cohesive interface with the hydrates wherein the fibres coating the grains and the hydrates are closely mixed. The clinker preferably comprises 10 wt. % of tetracalcium phosphate, at least 5 wt. % of hydroxyapatite and between 0.5 and 5 wt. % of free lime. The invention is applicable to a cement composition and a reinforced concrete.
