To prevent oxidation, lemon juice or vitamin C is added to iHelianthus tuberosus/i juice. After further adding plum extract, the mixture is boiled, filtered and bottled. Thus, a drink, which is tasty and easy to drink regardless of the high iH. tuberosus/i concentration, can be obtained. Because of being free from starch, this drink can be safely given to diabetics as a sweetness source. Thus, iH. tuberosus/i can be provided in the form of a product easy to take.
