The invention relates to a price sign rod comprised of a base (2) and at least of a cantilever rod (3) which is connected in a fixed manner to said base (2) and which, on the end thereof, supports a transversal T-rod (4) to which an information carrier (5) is fastened. In order to be able to use the price sign rod in a versatile manner, the information carrier (5) is essentially comprised of a front sign (6) and of detent elements (7) which are attached to the rear side of the sign and which can be connected to the end of said cantilever rod (3) with the inclusion of the transversal T-rod (4).
