METHOD FOR CORRECTING THE FIGURE OF A PERSON AND FOR DEVELOPING AN ACQUIRED CORRECT-POSITION REFLEX AS WELL AS THE FIGURE, AND MINI-TRAINER 'TONUS-TRAINING' FOR REALIZING THE SAME

The present invention relates to a method for correcting the figure of a person as well as to a special trainer for realizing the same. The method involves attaching the mini-trainer onto clothes elements or onto a special structure that detects the pressure of the body muscles, wherein mini-trainer records the muscle tonus and prevents any decrease therein. The person is then suggested to adopt an optimal body position, the minimal and maximal muscle pressures are established and set on the fixation member of the mini-trainer and a continuous operation duration of said mini-trainer is determined. The mini-trainer includes a body, a lid, a fixation member, a signaling member, a supply member, a regulator, mobile and immobile contact members as well as a sensor with protrusions. The front side of the body is formed with openings and slots for the regulator, while in the middle of the body in the mass thereof through-windows and recesses are provided for the fixation member arranged above the sensor. Housings for the regulator, the sensor, the supply member, the signaling member and the contact members are provided in the middle of the body and in the thick portion of its mass, wherein the housings for the contact members are provided between the housings for the supply member and the signaling member.
