CONTINUOUS CASTING STEEL PLATE FOR PORCELAIN ENAMELING EXCELLENT IN FORMABILITY, RESISTANCE TO OCCURRENCE OF BUBBLE OR BLACK POINT, AND ADHESION WITH PORCELAIN ENAMEL

A continuous casting steel plate made by continuous casting for use in porcelain enameling which has the following chemical composition, in wt %: C: 0.002 % or less, Mn: 0.05 to 0.2 %, Si: 0.01 % or less, N: 0.004 % or less, O: 0.015 to 0.05 %, P: less than 0.01 %, S: 0.025 % or less, Cu: 0.02 to 0.04 %, Nb: 0.03 to 0.05 %, V: 0.03 to 0.07 %, and balance: Fe and inevitable impurities, with the proviso that the formula: 0.2 ⊃ Mn (%) - 2.0 O (%) + 0.8 V(%) + 0.5Nb(%) is satisfied; and a method for producing the steel plate. The steel plate is excellent in formability, resistance to the occurrence of a bubble or black point, and adhesion with porcelain enamel.
