摘要

A process is described of oxidative polymerization of natural organic matter and co-polymerization of organic contaminants into the matrix of organic matter catalysed by mimetic compounds of the heme group, in particular water soluble metal-porphyrins. The reaction is carried out by mixing together the organic matter with or without an organic contaminant, an oxidizing agent and the catalyst, preferably at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
