A system and method for performing transactions by electronic commerce (e-commerce) using tax deduction techniques. A user of the service tax deduction system can buy a product from a seller with a tax deduction option. The seller may be an e-commerce vendor, an e-commerce server used to host a Web site that can be used to make purchases through e-commerce. A deduction server receives purchase information describing the purchase. Purchase information can be received from the user or the e-commerce server. In one embodiment, the purchase information can be received via the Internet. The deduction server can communicate with a payroll system an employer of the user and may request the payroll system to make tax deductions on taxes of the user in response to receiving purchase information. The sheet pay system providing tax deduction of funds deducted from server to fulfill the obligation. The deduction server can transfer the tax deduction of funds to electronic trading system for the payment of the product. Various services can be provided to users of the tax deduction system. Services may include an income tax deduction for Budgeting Service, a tax deduction of debit card services, a tax deduction for credit, an income tax deduction for the payment service bills, and a main control panel service.
