Document detection system using detection result presentation for facilitating user's comprehension

PURPOSE: To provide a document information retrieval device discriminating quickly the validity based on the retrieval result of a document and progressing smoothly a series of retrieval actions to understand each document. ;CONSTITUTION: The document information retrieval device retrieves a desired document among documents stored in a database, and when the user uses an input section 201 to input a keyword or a natural language text for document retrieval, an input analysis section 202 analyzes the input and converts the input into a retrieval instruction while dividing it into plural different visual points, and a retrieval section 203 calculates the analyzed retrieval instruction and a document being a retrieval object stored in a document data storage section 206 by visual points and obtains a document closer in the distance to the instruction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
