Process for sensor control of ventilation demand and controller for the realisation of the process

The method for controlling the required room ventilation uses a sensor and its output signal is compared with a desired value. A reference ventilation is carried out at intervals to update if necessary the effective desired value of the air quality. An adaptive system is provided so that an adaptive desired value is determined as a result of the reference ventilation. The desired value obtained from this adaption is then used as a desired value, for the regulation of the room ventilation.
