A device for adjusting the pouring of the water in a general flush toilet which has a water tank filled with the water by a given height, the water tank (10) installing at the interior of the water tank (10), a fresh valve (30) for supplying the water from an external water supplying tube (28) at the interior of the water tank (10), the fresh valve (30) being connected with a siphon cover (32) coupled by a hinge, the water tank (10) installing at the exterior of the water tank (10), a lever (14) for opening and closing the siphon cover (32), being connected with an operation bar (16) and a chain (18), including: an adjusting tube (20) installed at the chain (18), for forcibly closing the siphon cover (32) according to operation of the lever (14).
