Finite field mathematic processes are performed by representing field elements of a group F_p^m as linear combinations of x⁰,x^1Δ,x^2Δ,...x^(n-1)Δ. Δ is a factor of the unit group order such that $\mathop{\mathrm{image}}$ {\text{n = (p}}^{\text{m}}\text{-1)/Δ≥m}$$.;Efficient multiplication and squaring may be performed in this representation.
