Add-on radio repeater for a radio access terminal of a TDMA point-multipoint radio communication system

The functionality of a repeater is given upon request to an ordinary radio access terminal, by addition of an external unit with a new antenna and with suitable co-ordination means, which does not affect the terminal itself.
