In a bioelectrical impedance measuring method of the present invention, a first, second and third bioelectrical impedance values are determined by a measurement using the alternating currents having a first, second and third frequencies respectively. Then, an vector impedance locus is derived from only the derived first, second and third bioelectrical impedance values to determine the bioelectrical impedance values at 0 frequency and at an infinite frequency. The body composition is also judged based on the measured results.;Limiting frequencies used for the measurement to three kinds enables the apparatus to be simplified and to be manufactured at a low cost as well as achieving the shortened measuring time and the enhanced measuring accuracy.
