PREPARING PROCESS FOR SURFACE-TREATED PRE-BINDER POWDER WITH WAX, PRE-BINDER POWDER PREPARED THEREBY AND PRESSED POWDER COMPOSITION FOR COLORING COSMETIC CONTAINING SAME

PURPOSE: A pressed powder composition for coloring cosmetic containing pre-binder powders is provided, which controls quantity of pay-off easily, and improves adhesion ability between each particle and between particle and skin, so controls shades of color when the composition applied on skin, maximize pearl effect, and enhances maintenance of cosmetic. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of pre-binder powders comprises of: (1)pouring distilled water to powdered particle Mica, shaking at 80°C; (2)pouring paraffin wax and a surfactant to isopropylalcohol, heating to 65°C to get a surface-treating agent; (3)pouring the surface-treating agent in (2) to the hydrophase powdered particle by (1) slowly, shaking for 1hr, and refrigerating rapidly to lower than 30°C at more than 1°C/min of refrigerating rate; (4)leaving the composition of (3) for more than 12hrs, and drying at 85-95°C for more than 6hrs to get the pre-binder powder that surface-treated with wax. The pressed powder composition for coloring cosmetic contains 10-100wt.% of pre-binder powders.
